Cancelling an order (consumers)

If you are a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days from delivery to cancel. This does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Every card is programmed with your own Google review link, so once I have programmed it you cannot cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You can cancel for a full refund until I start setting up your card, so email me as soon as you can. Business customers have no statutory right to cancel. None of this affects your rights if the card is faulty (see below).

How to cancel

Email hello@teeworks.co.uk with your name, order details and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use this wording, but you do not have to:

To Teeworks, hello@teeworks.co.uk. I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [order details]. Ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].

Something wrong with your card

If a card is faulty, damaged in the post, the wrong size, or does not open the review box I built it for, email me within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. I will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return postage if I ask for the card back. Consumers keep all their legal rights as well.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel has not arrived 10 working days after posting, tell me. I will chase Royal Mail and send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong link

If the Google link you gave me was wrong, the card is not faulty, but email me and I will help you put it right.

Complaints

Email hello@teeworks.co.uk. I will reply within 5 working days and aim to resolve things within 14 days.

How refunds work

I refund to the payment method you used. I will refund you within 14 days of agreeing that you are owed one, and usually sooner. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
